Yoga Studio and Retreat CentreTanglefoot Lodge is fantastic place to heal, learn, and relax. It is a three bedroom bed and breakfast. The Lodge itself is perched up on a hill, and is surrounded by mixed woods, which overlook White Lake. It is of post and beam design and is approximately 4500 square feet in size. This wonderful cedar building was designed to integrate seamlessly with the land surrounding it. We like to think of it as growing right out of the ground it stands on. Tanglefoot Lodge straddles Stoney lake and White Lake and is located just north of the village of Warsaw, in Ontario, Canada (about 30 minutes away from Peterborough). We provide weekend and weeklong retreats concentrating on holistic health and human potential. Group size is very small, ensuring lots of one on one time. You can either attend one of our scheduled retreats, or design your own! We also have a wide variety of on-site holistic health services including massage therapy, personal training and Reiki. Check out Healing Arts for more information. Our
facilities are fantastic with a beautiful studio, woodburning stove, sauna,
& massive outdoor hot-tub. Sleeping at Tanglefoot lodge is in comfortable double occupancy rooms (2 twin beds in each room).
Our Mission“We seek to provide a center of learning, health and interest. We strive to meld the best of traditional knowledge and new technology in order to live within the means of the land. We endeavor to lead by example, maximizing our own potential and that of those around us. ”
